OUR COMPLAINTS PROCESS

We aim to handle complaints promptly and fairly.

Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days of receiving it. During busy periods this may take slightly longer. -
Investigation
We will investigate your complaint fully. This may involve requesting additional information where necessary. -
Response
We aim to provide a full written response within 14 days of receiving all relevant information. Where this is not possible, we will keep you informed of progress.

IF YOU ARE STILL NOT SATISFIED

If you are not satisfied with our response, or if we fail to respond within a reasonable timeframe, you may refer your complaint to our independent redress scheme.
Joshua Brown is a member of the Property Investors Mediation Service (PIMS). PIMS provides mediation services for property investors and property entrepreneurs.
